Shipping policy

Most of what we sell is in stock in Lincoln and leaves the same day. This page explains how we deliver and what it costs.

UK delivery

Next working day on in-stock items ordered before 2pm, Monday to Friday, to mainland UK addresses.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Orders over £200 ex VAT to mainland UK addresses qualify for free standard delivery.
Scottish Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man take one to two days longer and may carry a surcharge, which we confirm before dispatch.
Large or heavy items (tripods in bulk, machine control kits, breathing apparatus sets) travel on a pallet. Call 01522 697777 for a quote.

European delivery

We ship to most European countries. Charges, duties and transit times vary by destination, so contact us with your order and delivery address for a quote before you buy. Duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.

Collection

You are welcome to collect from the workshop at Unit H2, Castings Way, Leafbridge Business Park, Station Road, North Hykeham, Lincoln LN6 9WG, Monday to Friday 8:00 to 17:00. Choose collection at checkout and we will call when your order is ready, usually within an hour for in-stock items.

Calibration and repair returns

Instruments coming back from calibration or repair are sent by insured next-day courier and the charge is included in the quote. Trade account customers in Lincolnshire and the East Midlands can request van collection and return.

Tracking and problems

You receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched. If a parcel has not arrived within two working days of the expected date, or arrives damaged, call us on 01522 697777 and we will sort it out with the courier.
