Measuring Ranges by Cable Size

According to the Smart Sensor Official Specifications:

25 mm minimum cable diameter: 3 to 23 meters

12 mm minimum cable diameter: 3 to 15 meters

5.5 mm minimum cable diameter: 3 to 12 meters

2.5 mm minimum cable diameter: 3 to 10 meters

Horizontal measuring range: 3 to 18 meters [1]

Key Technical Specifications

Measuring accuracy: ±0.5% ± 2 digits

Resolution: 5 mm (for ranges under 10m); 10 mm (for ranges over 10m)

Minimum space between wires: 150 mm

Modes: BOT mode (measures the lowest 6 cables) and TOP mode (measures the highest 6 cables)
