The Suparule CHM300 is a cable height meter designed to measure cable sag, cable height distance and overhead clearance of conductors.
The CHM300 is a mid-range product, capable of measuring up to three wires, with a range of other models also available to suit your requirements.
The hand held cable height meter is perfect for use by line operators in utilities industries such as telecommunications and electricity and works by sending out short sound bursts. The instrument’s microprocessor is then able to calculate the elapsed time for the sound bursts to be reflected from the cable back to the instrument. The generated results can be displayed in your choice of metric or imperial units.
